End picky eating for good

Because mealtimes should be enjoyable, not exhausting

What makes this different

You've been told picky eating is just a phase. But just because it's common doesn't make it normal. And generic advice like hiding veggies or offering rewards hasn't worked because it doesn't address the root cause.

Picky eating is a symptom, not the problem. Maybe it's food pressure, sensory issues, or negative experiences. Every child is different. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in feeding, I identify what's really going on with your child and create individualized solutions that actually work. No bribes, no battles. Just peaceful family meals.

How to work with me

The Mealtime Makeover

A 4-week intensive coaching program where I join you at your actual dinner table (via Zoom) to help you turn your picky eater into an adventurous eater, in real time.

  • What Happens:

    • You complete a comprehensive intake form about your family's current mealtime challenges, eating schedule, and your child's food preferences

    • We meet for a 45-minute consultation to dive deeper into your unique situation and answer questions

    • I create your personalized Family Action Plan tailored to your family's needs, which includes your Quick Start Guide

    • We meet again (45 minutes) to review your plan together so you feel confident moving forward

Your Outcome: You'll understand exactly what's keeping your child stuck in picky eating patterns and have a clear roadmap for change.

  • What Happens:

    • You spend the week implementing your Quick Start Guide—a set of foundational strategies that prepare your family for the intensive

    • These aren't overwhelming changes. They're simple, approachable shifts that lay the groundwork for success

    • You'll establish key structures and practice new skills at your own pace

    • No live coaching yet—this week is about building the foundation so you're ready

Your Outcome: By the end of this week, you'll notice shifts. Your child will be hungrier at mealtimes and less resistant to what's served. You'll feel more confident in your new approach. You're setting the stage for real transformation.

Why This Week Matters: Jumping straight into live coaching without these foundations in place would be like building a house without a solid base. This week ensures you're ready to get the most out of our time together.

  • What Happens:

    • I join you via Zoom for 5 consecutive dinners

    • You get real-time coaching as you serve one family meal, respond to refusal, and navigate tantrums

    • I tell you exactly what to say and do in the hardest moments

    • We troubleshoot challenges as they happen

    • You build confidence with me right there supporting you

Your Outcome: By Day 5, mealtimes feel dramatically calmer. You've stopped cooking separate meals. You're staying calm when your child refuses food. You trust the process.

This Is Where the Magic Happens: With the foundation in place and me coaching you through real dinners, you'll experience breakthroughs you couldn't achieve on your own.

  • What Happens:

    • We meet for a 45-minute follow-up session within one week of completing the intensive

    • We troubleshoot any lingering challenges

    • We celebrate your wins (because there will be many!)

    • We adjust strategies if needed

    • I answer any remaining questions to ensure you can maintain progress long-term

Your Outcome: Mealtimes are peaceful. You've stopped the separate meal cycle for good. You feel confident and equipped with the skills to continue on your own. Your child may not be trying every new food yet—that expansion happens over the weeks and months ahead—but you now have everything you need to support their palate growth over time.

Hi, I’m Adriana

Hello!

I know what it's like. The exhaustion of cooking two different meals every night. The screaming when you put broccoli on their plate. The worry that they're not getting enough protein. The stress of packing special snacks every time you leave the house because you can't trust they'll eat anything else. The embarrassment of being "that family" at restaurants.

I'm a mom to a toddler who recently discovered the word "no," so I'm living this right alongside you. But here's the difference: I've also spent over a decade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst using behavioral science to solve exactly these kinds of challenges. So when my own toddler started testing boundaries at mealtimes, I applied what I know and created a system that actually works.

Now? We sit down to family dinners where my son eats what we're eating. No separate meals. No battles. No hunger strikes. We go to restaurants without anxiety. We travel without packing a cooler of "safe foods." Mealtimes are peaceful, joyful, and honestly, enjoyable.

That's what I want for your family too. Not just the long-term health benefits (though those matter), but the immediate relief. The joy of sitting around the table together, everyone eating the same meal, your child actually trying new foods without a fight. The freedom to go anywhere without food stress. A calmer, happier start to life that sets your child up for wellness and makes your family life so much easier right now.

That's why I created The Mealtime Makeover. Because you deserve peaceful dinners. Your child deserves a solid foundation. And family meals should bring you together, not tear you apart.
